You get a really good collection of keyword abilities with Falthis, Shadowcat Familiar or Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh, pump them up and go for commander damage
If you store the first 3 on it, the second ability won't resolve as it will see that 3 is now stored on Goblin Girder Gang
Baylen, the Haymaker: 10 tokens combine with the first ability and Aggravated Assault for infinite combats
The deck does have a single card that allows you to retain counters : Resourceful Defense , which moves them from one permanent to another when the first permanent leaves the graveyard

As a value engine this is absolutely really strong, probably a cEDH archetype in the making
